1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using a Loameon service, you agree to these terms. If you use a service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service. A signed order form, statement of work, or other written agreement may add to or replace parts of these terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the minimum age required where you live. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Services and previews
Loameon may provide expert data programs, evaluation services, information APIs, and product previews. Features labeled preview, beta, or similar may be incomplete, change without notice, and are provided for evaluation. The current Loameon Video preview produces simulated answers and does not analyze the selected video. We may modify or discontinue features, subject to any applicable written agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the services to violate law or another person's rights; distribute malware; bypass access, safety, rate, or security controls; interfere with service operation; misrepresent generated output as verified fact; or attempt to reverse engineer the services except where law expressly permits it. You must have all rights and permissions needed for content you submit.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Loameon a limited right to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise use that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the services, comply with law, and enforce these terms. Business agreements may provide different data-use terms and will control where applicable.
6. Loameon materials
Loameon and its licensors own the services, software, designs, trademarks, documentation, and other materials we provide, excluding your content. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the services for their intended purpose.
7. Fees, subscriptions, and taxes
Prices, billing periods, usage measures, and payment dates are shown at purchase or in an order form. You authorize applicable charges and are responsible for taxes other than taxes on Loameon's income. Subscriptions renew for the stated period unless canceled before renewal. Refunds and cancellations are addressed in our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Output and professional decisions
AI and data-driven outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for decisions made using them. The services do not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, or if necessary to protect the services or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loameon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Loameon's total liability relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid Loameon for that service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. Material changes will apply prospectively, and the date above will show the latest revision. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Questions can be sent to support@loameon.com.
